The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Drive future service delivery and product strategies, working closely with AI scientists, engineering, design, and operational teams
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through launch and post-launch optimization
- Develop and maintain service/ product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams through periods of transformation and change
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of future services and products
- Identify and assess opportunities for service & product innovation and improvement
- Manage dependencies across teams and drive execution of complex technical initiatives
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly in AI and machine learning
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of end to end product delivery experience
- 10 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 10 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
