The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Org Effectiveness
- Partner with senior leaders to design customer-centric organizations that foster agility
- Leverage business knowledge and people metrics to identify risks and recommend solutions
- Design organizational structures aligned with business strategy and inclusive decision-making
- Coach and advise leaders on management abilities and leadership development
- Assess talent needs and establish inclusive pipelines through strategic hiring and development
- Challenge senior leaders to break mental models on ways of working and talent decisions
- Use data and insights to guide organizational evolution and transformation
- Drive effective change through inclusive communication strategies
- Monitor implemented changes to determine effectiveness and durability
- Build long-term workforce plans aligned with business objectives
- Provide coaching on resourcing critical initiatives and programs
- Create talent mechanisms integrated into the organization's rhythm of business
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- 10 years of human resources management experience
- Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into people strategy
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or experience in an HR functional area including, but not limited HRP, HR services, or recruiting
- 2 years of senior leadership development and talent management experience
- Experience working with global teams and diverse partners
- Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
