Role Overview
As a Principal Global Agency Development Manager, you will focus on the strategic relationship with one or more major global advertising holding companies. You will focus on C-suite partnerships, drive revenue growth through global frameworks and rate card negotiations, and establish multi-year transformation roadmaps. You will partner cross-functionally with AdTech, Product, and Partner Education teams to align on holding company needs, and coordinate with Country Heads of Agency to ensure global-local alignment on Joint Business Plans. You will create conditions for success through clear frameworks and best practices while enabling Country ADM teams globally.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute customer-led growth strategies with key Holding Companies and their Operating Companies to drive revenue and partnership expansion. Focus on executive relationships at the C-suite level to influence strategic direction and drive long-term business transformation. Design and deliver agency-wide education programs and events to enable key agency functions and drive product adoption across holding company networks. Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration on creative solutions, large-scale custom executions, and innovative partnership models that differentiate Amazon Ads in the marketplace. Partner with Amazon Ads AdTech and Product teams to align agency partnerships with Amazon Ads's product development roadmap and identify transformative opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Account Executives, AdTech, and Country Agency teams to ensure seamless partnership execution. Lead video strategy conversations to educate agencies and expand Amazon's video advertising footprint across agency portfolios. Demonstrate deep fluency in programmatic advertising ecosystems including DSPs (Amazon DSP), clean room technologies (AMC), and AdTech integrations to drive technical partnership conversations and strategic adoption. Establish best practices and frameworks that enable Country ADM teams to execute with excellence locally.
Requirements
Track record in strategic partnership management at global scale with advertising holding companies. Executive presence with proven ability to influence and build relationships with C-suite stakeholders. Deep understanding of agency holding company structures, operating models, and decision-making processes. Experience in B2B sales with demonstrated success building and growing customer relationships. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and geographies. Knowledge of digital media including DSPs, programmatic media, premium digital video, and performance advertising.
Basic Qualifications
- 7 years of B2B sales experience
- 10 years of digital ad sales as an individual contributor selling performances based advertising or similiar offering experience
- Experience managing internal and external relationships
- Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience growing a product to maturity through collaboration with Product teams
- Experience presenting to SVP and C-Level

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
