The successful candidate will have extensive project management experience leading Engineering Programs on projects that include industrial warehouse/fulfillment facilities and/or manufacturing facilities. Key job responsibilities
- Program Management:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and implement program-wide strategies, processes, and best practices
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align engineering programs with overall organizational goals
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

- Technical Leadership:
