Key job responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value shippers, identifying growth opportunities through comprehensive assessments
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to boost shipper performance and product adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions for complex challenges
  • Analyze and present key performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders

A day in the life

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll start your day reviewing shipper performance data and preparing for strategic meetings. You might collaborate with product teams to address a shipper's unique needs, then lead a workshop to help a key account optimize their operations. In the afternoon, analyze program metrics for a leadership presentation, or brainstorm new success strategies with your peers. Your day concludes by following up on critical shipper issues, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • 1 years experience in customer success, consulting, or supply chain management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive measurable business improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in customer success, consulting, or supply chain management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
