The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Develop and implement compliance solutions with business and operational teams, clearing blockers and accelerating progress toward program goals
- Engage regulators about compliance programs and products sold on Amazon's Store
- Advise business teams on emerging risks and lead efforts to devise and execute risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with selling partners to enhance product compliance and safety standards

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4 years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
- Experience in Product Safety & Compliance Law
- Experience with regulatory filings and reports or equivalent
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
- 3 years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience working at or directly engaging with federal or state regulatory agencies (e.g., CPSC, FCC, FTC) on product safety or compliance matters
