You will serve as a vital advocate for our customers, articulating their needs by synthesizing insights from engagements and market trends to shape AWS's product roadmap.
Your role will involve :
- Collaborating with stakeholders across operations, planning, finance, and marketing to discuss value-based process improvements, while engaging with data science and IT teams.
- Designing working prototypes, reference models, and proof of concept that effectively leverage AWS offerings.
- Customizing demonstrations to ensure engaging and compelling presentations for customers.
- Producing and validating reference architecture implementations and best practice guides to assist customers in various sectors, including consumer packaged goods, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and life sciences.
- Acting as a technical liaison between clients and AWS product teams to relay valuable feedback aimed at improving products.
- Analyzing large datasets to uncover meaningful insights, patterns, and trends.
- Engaging directly with customers, which may require travel when necessary.
As part of a day in the life of an AWS Supply Chain Specialist Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in supporting customer engagements as a trusted technical advisor.
