Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $101,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Key job responsibilities
- Manage job assignment on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance on job or queue adherence, volume, and quality
- Support hiring and training of new Associates
- Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis
- Develop the work schedule for the week by balancing work across various workflows and/or navigating competing delivery priorities
- Liaise with Program Management and other global operations team leads to manage risks & propose mitigation strategies
- Track quality and utilization metrics
- File and track tickets, following up on blocks to productivity
- Provide regular, formal & informal feedback to direct reports
- Identify and help implement process-related improvement using methodologies such as Kaizen, six sigma, or lean

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or advanced college education or experience in a Leadership or related position with management
- Basic-level proficiency in English (B1 or equivalent fluency by Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards). *(for non english lang/locale combos only)*
- Experience managing a team or a group of people while supporting projects/programs
- Leadership experience in coaching and performance management
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse talent within a team, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult issues
- Advanced-level proficiency in multiple languages (C1 or equivalent fluency by Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards).
