The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean searches, social media, etc.)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence research
- Screen and qualify candidates through initial conversations
- Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Achieve monthly sourcing metrics and SLAs
- Promote Amazon's employer brand in candidate interactions
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives
- 1 years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2 years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups
