The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Key job responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap - use Amazon's Working Backwards process to identify customer pain points, define requirements, and prioritize delivery
- Drive domain innovation - monitor trends in sanctions/AML screening, denied party list management, fuzzy matching algorithms, and AI/ML-based detection to inform product strategy
- Partner cross-functionally - work with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable screening products that meet both technical and regulatory requirements
- Manage execution - track progress, communicate to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and maintain quality
- Build feedback loops - analyze user data and operational metrics to continuously improve detection accuracy and user experience

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
