Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Lead the research, design, and development of advanced AI/ML systems for information retrieval and agentic systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging scientific techniques and technologies, translating research into practical, scalable solutions

- PhD, or Master's degree and 6 years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C , Python or related language
- 3 years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience
- Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning and data mining
