The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Own space planning operations for a global workforce, including seating allocation, office moves, and re-stacks across multiple sites
- Serve as the primary liaison between GREF, HR, and Recruiting — translating business requirements into clear, executable space plans
- Build and maintain detailed project plans with defined milestones, risk tracking, and regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify process gaps, design scalable solutions, and document them for repeatability across teams and locations
- Use data and utilization metrics to surface trends, inform prioritization, and drive decisions
- Manage cross-functional communications, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate information on project status and space changes
- Apply GREF policies consistently across all space planning decisions and day-to-day operations
- Take on additional projects as needed, bringing the same rigor and follow-through to each

Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- 3 years in facilities management, real estate, office operations, or a related field
- Experience with space planning and facilities management software
- Experience managing vendor contracts, procurement processes, or building systems
