The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Key job responsibilities
- Perform data entry, data management and pricing calculations
- Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structure to be applied
- Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Proactively identify and implement data (and operational) improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
- Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems
- Hands on data mining and to execute on projects
- Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulas
- Experience working with custom private pricing contracts
