The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). - Define and execute strategic roadmaps by working backwards from customer problems, owning team charter, vision, and long-term architectural decisions that influence organizational goals

Basic Qualifications
- 7 years of working directly within engineering teams experience
- 5 years of engineering team management experience
- 5 years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- 3 years of applying statistical models for large-scale application and building automated analytical systems experience
- 3 years of working on automated software and dataflow analysis
- 2 years directly working with science teams to deliver emerging technology to customers
