Basic Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- You must be able to pass a job assessment in English
- Team lift packages above 50 pounds or greater than 90 inches
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear such as personal protective equipment (PPE) to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Use step stool
- Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Receive inventory and sort by zip code
- Sort packages from conveyor belts
- Stack packages and wrap pallets for deliveries
- Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printer
- Unload containers and packages from trailers
- Load containers and packages into trailers
- Shift Options. Early Morning, Daytime, Evening, and Overnight.
- Weekly Hours. Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time, or Part-Time (20-29 hours).
- Work-Life Balance. Opportunities for overtime when available.
- Operating Hours. Our sites may operate 24/7, which means more shifts for you.
- Onboarding Training.Youll complete on-the-job training during your first few days. In some cases, your training schedule will match the shift you selected. In other cases, youll have a fixed training schedule before transitioning to your chosen schedule.

- Equipment.You’ll be working around pallet jacks, mobile carts, and rolling cages.

- Temperature.Climate-controlled facilities maintain temperatures between 60°F and 90°F in most areas.
- Noise level. It can get noisy at times. We provide hearing protection if you need it.
