We are seeking a Product Manager to own features within the Intelligent Personalization Gateway domain. The Intelligent Personalization Gateway powers the real-time decision layer that determines what customers hear and see — from how listening sessions are sequenced, to how content is ranked across experiences, how pages are optimized for each individual customer, and how customer intent is modeled to deliver the right experience at the right moment.
Key job responsibilities
As a Product Manager within the Intelligent Personalization Gateway based in Seattle, you will help our team define and execute a strategy for becoming the world's most personalized audio streaming service. This role will be focused on owning features across areas such as listening experience sequencing, content ranking, page optimization, and customer intent modeling. You will work closely with scientists and engineers to understand customer problems, define a clear vision and strategy, make prioritization decisions, invest in the next generation of models and features, and deploy them across experiences to improve personalization.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Often, you will interact with cross-functional partners across science, engineering, and product teams. You may travel to our Berlin office to meet partners.

Basic Qualifications
- 4 years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- Experience managing and deploying ML products
