Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

The Leo team is looking for a Senior Factory Manager for the Electronics Supply Chain (ESC) organization to support internal stakeholders in driving execution across complex electronics manufacturing environments, ensuring production stability, supply continuity, and consistent adherence to quality and operational standards. • Influence and drive internal and external teams to ensure alignment, adherence to standards, and consistent execution against business priorities
  • Communicate effectively across all levels through clear escalation management, documentation, reporting, and follow-through on actions and decisions
  • Travel up to 40% of the time to the Electronics Supply Base
