What are the responsibilities and job description for the Package Delivery Driver position at Amazon Hub - Waseca?
Small Amazon delivery operation in Waseca, MN. Looking for a reliable contractor driver for regular deliveries on an ongoing basis.
The Work
- 3 to 4 days a week, including some weekends
- 40 to 60 packages per day
- Packages arrive at station between 9:30am - 11:30am. Start anytime after arrival, no later than 2pm. Finish by 9pm.
- Flexible pacing — most people keep 20-25 packages/hour
- Flat rate per package. Work faster, make more.
- Packages up to 50 lbs
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- 4WD/AWD SUV, large sedan, or truck with tonneau cover — no open beds, no small cars. Must be reliable in winter.
- Smartphone with internet, GPS, and battery life to last 3 hours
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Live in Waseca or very close by
- Clean driving record, background check, valid driver's license
