Most local jobs punish you for being efficient. We don't. Every driver is paid for a full 13-hour day, guaranteed. Run your route clean and get back early, and you still take home the full day's pay. That's the whole deal — no games, no productivity math, no getting shorted for doing the job well.

What you'll actually earn

• $23.50 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours in a week
• $305.50 per day, guaranteed — 13 hours paid, every shift
• Roughly $1,800 per week driving a standard 5-day schedule
• Approximately $93,000 a year at that pace
• $750 sign-on bonus
• Regular safety and performance bonuses on top

The freight

You'll run daily local routes out of Richmond using Amazon's equipment and technology — roughly 300 to 500 miles round trip, and you're home after every shift. Deliveries are 100% no-touch: drop and hook, or live loads you don't unload. No freight handling. No tarps. No lumper receipts.

Consistent, year-round work with a minimum of 40 hours a week. Shifts available mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekdays and weekends.

You'll be employed directly by Bell and Lowe LLC, a local transportation company that partners with Amazon — not by Amazon itself.

What you'll need

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and good DAC report
• No current CDL suspension or revocation
• Pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screen
• Comfortable using a smartphone, handheld technology, and GPS
• Able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records
• Flexible with scheduling (day, evening, overnight, weekends)
