Job Summary
The primary role of the Delivery Driver is to deliver products and/or services to customers on scheduled routes. You will be responsible for making direct deliveries, loading and unloading delivery vehicles and maintaining accurate records of sales and deliveries.
Job Duties
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and deliver products/services as assigned
- Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations including but not limited to operating a motor vehicle and performing duties in the course of employment
- Maintain an interactive relationship with customers by receiving and handling customer payments as assigned; answering customer questions about products; providing customer service via telephone and in person (i.e., customer encounters); advising customers of add on needs; advising customers of alternative solutions to meet specific needs; indicating need for additional services; performing duties in the course of employment; accepting payments; completing various tasks in the day-to-day operation of the office; and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
