MDM Delivery Service, LLC an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive team leader to manage dispatch in our Mills River, NC. We’re looking for someone to “own” the dispatcher position and manage driver on-road needs and performance while consistently coaching the driver team to execute routes safely and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Amazon DSP Driver Experience: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills (Google Docs, email, Chime)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgment and critical thinking
- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $40,000 to $50,000 per year

- ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Respond to all company emails and phone calls related with a sense of urgency
- Effectively communicate with Amazon station management on route progress and barriers
- Direct the daily loadout and dispatch process to ensure all drivers are equipped to start delivery on time
- Constantly monitor routes (Cortex), and ensure changes to routes are made and communicated accordingly
- Continually monitor Netradyne and coach drivers immediately for safety violations
- Manage end of day/closing process (vehicle inspection, asset return, ensuring vehicles are parked properly for mobile fueling)
- Ensure all on the road incidents are properly reported and documented.
- Complete all company documentation
- Create and modify the daily schedule of delivery associates to ensure sufficient route coverage
- Support delivery operations by performing rescues and executing routes (1-2 day per week)
