What You Need to Qualify:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license (within the state of employment)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test

Flexible Shifts:
- 10-hour shifts
- Day shifts only, 7 days a week (Sunday–Saturday)
- Expected 30–60 hours per week
- Qualified drivers can earn up to 10% more per hour by the end of their first year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
- Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery details.
- Navigate various delivery routes efficiently.
- Deliver Amazon packages with a customer-obsessed mindset!
- Work as a team, assisting fellow drivers as needed.
- Load/unload packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Enter/exit vehicle and walk up and down stairs as part of daily deliveries.
- Operate in all weather conditions (including inclement weather).
- Deliver from Amazon’s state-of-the-art facility in Wilmington, MA.
