What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Associate position at Amazon DSP?
Duality Ventures is a Delivery Service Partner looking for delivery specialists to deliver packages promptly and efficiently to Amazon prime members in the Hagerstown, Waynesboro, Greencastle, Chambersburg, and Shippensburg areas. No experience required, however, a good candidate is someone who is self motivated, organized, timely, and a problem solver. We offer full time opportunities with full medical, dental, and vision benefits. Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required! Approximate hours are 10:40 am to 9 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Deliver approximately 200-250 packages per day making roughly 160 stops throughout the day.
- Use company phone for routing information, customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in all weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- At least 21 years of age
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (We don't test for marijuana)
