3 Sons Logistics LLC Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) in Hazle Township, PA is seeking an Amazon DSP Manager!
In this position, you will lead our operation of 20-30 daily routes and our fleet of trucks.
The Manager is responsible for the oversight of our Amazon delivery business, ensuring efficiency and safety in daily operations.
Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Experience in Amazon Management (strongly preferred), or proven success in the management of other logistics companies (FedEx, UPS, etc)
- Experience as a Delivery Driver (strongly preferred)
- Professional and consistent communication skills
- Familiarity working with a large team and acting in a motivational capacity
- Punctuality and reliability, leading by example to foster a culture of safety and accountability
- Military or police experience a plus

- Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- One year of Amazon DSP leadership experience or dispatching preferred
- Delivery driver experience preferred
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills along with the ability to act quickly in high-pressure situations
- Professional and consistent communication
Pay: $25 an hour
