Job Details:
$20 per hour base pay with OT at $30 per hour after 8 hours

Benefits and Scheduling:

• $20.00 base hourly (paid biweekly), the average hourly rate is higher with OT and bonuses
• OT paid after 8 hours with 10 hour scheduled shifts
• Attendance Bonus of up to $2 per hour available through January 2022
• Safety and work quality bonuses of approximately $2 per hour available
• 10-hour shifts are typical and with daily earnings averaging up to $265 per day with bonuses
• A 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical
• 5 days and OT available
• Schedule days can be flexible

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job, work in all weather conditions, lift packages (up to 50 lbs), get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use company-provided smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered

Requirements:

• Current driver’s license for at least 4 years
• Authorized to work in the United States
• A clean motor vehicle report

• New Amazon-branded delivery vehicle

• Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
