DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time while driving safely. Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits

• Start at $18.50 per hour. Expect an increase pay based on your safe driving delivery driver skills and performance

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must be 21 years of age or older for employment as a delivery driver
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (We do not test for cannabis)

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your Amazon delivery van at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered as an Amazon delivery driver.
• Lift Amazon packages up to 70 lbs. Remember, you are a delivery driver.

Work for Capstone and deliver Amazon packages in Amazon branded vans, dressed in Amazon uniforms but with the benefit of working for a leading independently owned DSP.
