DESCRIPTION
Position: Tech Ops Engineer II - AMZ20957.3
Location: Atlanta, GA
Multiple Positions Available:
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage programs and processes
- Engage with technical experts and key stakeholders to initiate and
program documentation.
- Identify process and communications gaps, while developing and
- Develop and maintain lessons learned and establish mechanisms to
- Drive simplification and automation to evolve processes, services,
- Establish a metrics-driven, programmatic approach to strategic
- Gather, define, refine, and drive requirements for program process,
monitor & report on data center construction programs across multiple
geographic regions with little or no direction from management.
- Define & evaluate KPIs derived from program milestone, estimate,
- Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $109700 - $183300)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field and three years of experience in job offered or a related occupation.
In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering and five years of experience in job offered or a related occupation.
Must have 3 years of experience in the following skill(s):
1. Experience in program management/portfolio management/project management;
2. Driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience; and
3. Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project/program management methodologies.
