8 years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to play a critical role in Prime Video, as the finance partner to the Prime Video Marketing Strategy, Media and Measurement team. This is a high-visibility position, that requires the ability to work cross-functionally and develop new solutions as the business continues to evolve and grow. The right individual will have exceptional finance skills, a robust understanding of Finance & Accounting principles, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, firm business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results, and an expertise at business partnership, with the ability to effectively influence partners.

This is an IC role, with the possibility for direct reports.

Responsibilities include:

Work directly with the marketing strategy team to optimize the sizing and allocation of marketing spend, to maximize efficiency
Quarterly, Annual and ad-hoc budget planning and forecasting
Drive cost-out initiatives as well as facilitate execution of big innovative ideas
Supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of systems that lead to increased controllership around marketing spend

This role is located in Culver City, CA

Experience in a leadership position managing finance, accounting and operational processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $207,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
