- Support studio operations and communicate effectively with stylists and management
- Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Prior customer service experience perferred; sales experience is a plus
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency; MindBody software experience is a plus
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
