Job Description

Amazing Kids Photography is a locally owned preschool photography company specializing exclusively in early childhood education centers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

We are seeking an energetic, patient, and kid-friendly Preschool Photographer to join our seasonal team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a fun, smooth Picture Day experience.

Photography experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Photograph children at preschools and early childhood centers
• Create natural smiles and engaging expressions
• Set up, operate, and maintain photography equipment
• Ensure consistent, high-quality images throughout Picture Day
• Work closely with assistants and school staff to maintain smooth flow
• Travel to various school locations across the DFW area
• Assist with basic setup and breakdown of equipment and props

Qualifications

• Must love working with young children
• Patient, upbeat, and energetic personality
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule & Pay

• Weekday mornings and early afternoons (typically done by noon)
• Seasonal work (Fall & Spring Picture Days)
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
