We are seeking an Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This dual functional role supports both executive administration and business office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to company owners, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and service inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and assist with light collections on aging accounts.
- Coordinate hourly time and attendance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely payroll submission.
- Maintain accurate business records, files, and reports.
- Collaborate with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or accounting-related functions.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and light collections preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll or time and attendance processing is a plus.

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
