Amazing Glass Supply is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Support to join our team.
This position is mainly warehouse work, including picking orders, loading/unloading materials, and operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate should also be able to help with basic customer service duties, such as answering questions, assisting with customer pickups, and communicating with the office team.
Responsibilities
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
Load and unload glass, hardware, and warehouse materials
Operate forklift and order picker safely
Check orders for accuracy before pickup or delivery
Assist customers with pickups and basic questions
Communicate with office staff regarding order status and inventory
Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Assist with general warehouse and customer service duties as needed
Requirements
Must have warehouse experience
Must be able to operate a forklift
Must be able to operate an order picker
Must be able to speak Spanish
Customer service experience preferred
Able to lift up to 80 lbs
Basic computer or order entry experience is a plus
Reliable, responsible, and able to work as a team
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
