About the Role:We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Parker clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.
Position Details:- Location: In-person, Parker clinic
- Schedule: Full-time
- Workdays: Monday–Friday
- Optional Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Monday–Thursday: Availability for 10 × 30-minute sessions per day
- Friday: Availability for 8 × 30-minute sessions
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available as long as minimum session requirements are met
- $35.00- $50.00 per hour
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
