About the Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Broomfield, CO. You’ll work one-on-one with patients to help them regain independence, improve function, and enhance quality of life.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
- Part-Time Availability: 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical expertise
- Deliver functional training in ADLs, mobility, and safety
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
