Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family! We provide an environment where you can expand your nursing skills, grow professionally and individually, and feel appreciated for the work you are doing. We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home!

Sign-on Bonus:

• Full-time $3,000.00 30 hours or more a week
• Part-time $1,500.00 minimum of 20 hours a week

• Corpus Christi Area - Multiple cases
• Full-time hours available
• Part-time hours available
• Day shift available
• Night shift available
• Case #1: 5 year old female / High Acuity Thursday through Sunday 7am-11am
• Case #2: 5 year old female / G-tube/ Monday - Friday - 1p-6p and Saturday-Sunday 3pm-9pm
• Case #3: 13 year old male w/Gtube Monday-Friday 7:45 am-4pm
• Case #4: 7 months old female /G-tube / Every other Friday 7a-7p
• Case #5: 6 month old female w/n Gtube / 8a-6pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday Spanish Speaking Only
• Case #6: 3mo female / Gtube Q3, Monday - Sunday 7a-3pm and 3p-11p *must be bilingual
• Case #7: 4 year old male cath every 3 hours and oxygen / Monday-Friday 7:30a-3:10p
• Case #8: 4 month old female / Ngtube and oxygen / Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Case #9; 9 month old male / NDT tube / Monday-Thursday & Friday-Sunday 7a-7p, Monday-Thursday & Friday-Sunday 7p-7a
• Case #10: 6 year old female / NGT / Mon-Sun Days 7am-5pm & Mon - Sun Nights 9pm-7am / Corpus 78416
• Case #11: 5 year old female / Gtube / Mon-Sun 7am - 5pm & Mon-Sun 9pm - 7am / Corpus 78416
• Case #12: 3 month old male / G-tube / Monday - Sunday 8am-6pm & Monday - Sunday 9pm-7am

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. 

• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. 

• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. 

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. 

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. 

• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system. 

• Active LVN License or RN License

• Current BLS Certification. 

• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. 

• Strong time management and prioritization skills. 

• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
