Compensation
- Salary: Approximately $90,000 (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
What You’ll Do
As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll guide your team, manage clinical operations, and serve as a trusted resource for both staff and patients.
- Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians
- Collaborate closely with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Balance administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support, including occasional patient visits
- Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy)
- Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Active RN license
- Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required)
- Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role prereferred
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
