Amazing Athletes- Karate Zoo Instructor

Join our dedicated team at Amazing Athletes as a Karate Zoo Coach! This exciting role involves teaching young children the fundamentals of martial arts while incorporating fun and engaging elements from our unique Karate Zoo program. We focus on using animal characters to make learning martial arts enjoyable for kids aged 18 months to 6 years.

As a Karate Zoo Coach, you will lead classes that not only promote physical fitness but also instill essential values such as discipline, respect, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with children and their families, making a positive impact on their lives.

Whether you are an experienced martial arts instructor or simply passionate about working with children, we encourage you to apply!

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience working with children (professional or volunteer) is preferred, particularly in a coaching or teaching capacity
• A love for sports and martial arts, with a desire to inspire young kids
• Availability to work flexible hours, primarily afternoons (3-5pm)
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations
• Ability to engage and connect with children in a positive way
• Clean background check is required
• CPR and First Aid certification required

THE LOCATION:

Classes are held across schools and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.
