The Creator Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and executing creator and musician merchandise launches from end to end, serving as the primary project lead between creators, record labels, management teams, and internal departments.

This role is heavily focused on project management, launch coordination, relationship management, and opportunity development within the Nashville creator and music ecosystem. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced managing fast-moving creative projects with multiple stakeholders.

One of the core functions of this role is ensuring successful execution of creator and artist launches — coordinating timelines, approvals, merchandising strategy, communication, and launch readiness across all parties involved. Beyond launch management, this role also helps build strategic relationships and identify new creator partnership opportunities that contribute to the growth of Managed Services and broader company initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end execution of creator and musician merchandise launches
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between creators, managers, record labels, agencies, and internal teams throughout the launch process
  • Coordinate launch timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across all stakeholders
  • Manage design review and approval workflows with creators, labels, and management teams
  • Provide merchandising recommendations based on creator brand, audience, trends, and sales opportunities
  • Ensure products, storefronts, launch assets, and promotional components are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Track all launch milestones, approvals, revisions, and next steps to ensure smooth execution
  • Partner closely with internal Growth, Creative, Operations, Marketing, and Acceleration teams to move launches from concept to go-live
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively and ensure a high-quality creator experience throughout the process


Relationship Development & Opportunity Identification
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, labels, agencies, and entertainment industry stakeholders
  • Identify creators, musicians, and partnership opportunities aligned with Managed Services and broader company initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted local representative within the Nashville creator and music ecosystem
  • Develop long-term relationships that can evolve into larger monetization and partnership opportunities


Creator Events & Community Building
  • Help plan and host creator dinners, networking events, and relationship-building experiences in Nashville
  • Create meaningful touchpoints that strengthen creator trust and engagement
  • Identify and invite creators, partners, and industry stakeholders aligned with company goals
  • Use events and in-person networking to deepen relationships and surface new opportunities


Strategic Outreach & Pipeline Development
  • Conduct personalized outreach through email, social platforms, industry relationships, and in-person networking
  • Maintain a pipeline of creator and partnership opportunities
  • Track outreach, relationship development, and launch opportunities across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to transition opportunities into active launches and long-term partnerships


Market Intelligence & Ecosystem Insights
  • Stay informed on creator economy trends, music industry activity, merchandising trends, and monetization opportunities
  • Provide insights and feedback on creator needs, launch performance, and partnership opportunities
  • Help refine merchandising recommendations, launch strategies, and creator positioning based on market feedback and performance trends


Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in project management, creator management, talent relations, music industry coordination, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong experience managing timelines, approvals, and multi-stakeholder creative projects
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple launches and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with merchandise launches, creator commerce, entertainment partnerships, or music industry operations
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, especially in person
  • Self-starter who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly collaborative
  • Based in or willing to operate frequently in Nashville
