Location : Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration : Contract / Fulltime both
Job Details
Experience in Snowflake predominantly should be strong in snow-SQL
Should have TechLead experience and worked in onsite / offshore model
Should have end to end knowledge on Datawarehouse concepts (from data extract to load to reporting
At least 10 years of software development experience, and minimum 5 years of experience on Snowflake development in AWS
Snowflake data engineers will be responsible for supporting data intelligence solutions around Snowflake Data Warehouse.
A solid experience and understanding of architecting, designing and operationalization of large-scale data and analytics solutions on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse is a must.
Snowflake SQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake, developing scripts in python to do Extract, Load, and Transform data
Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Python, Tasks, Streams, Time travel, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing, and stored procedures.
In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse / ODS, ETL concept and modelling structure principles
Understanding data transformation and translation requirements and which tools to leverage to get the job done
Experience in Data warehousing - OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and Data modelling.
Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
Developing ETL pipelines in and out of data warehouse using combination of Python and Snowflakes SnowSQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake
