Job Description:
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments
- Proven experience managing end to end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Hands on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git based version control systems
- Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado
- Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools
- Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths
- Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments
- Exposure to multi org strategies or org consolidation initiatives
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
