What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Amaze ABA Therapy?
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Dallas, Georgia
AMAZE ABA is built on compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential. We value our team just as much as the families we serve, creating a supportive space where clinicians can grow, feel valued, and make a real difference every day.
RBT Benefits:
In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills.
You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines.
A key part of your role will also include tracking progress through accurate data collection and staying connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high-quality support.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making a meaningful difference in a child’s development. You will also be supported with ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to help you grow and feel confident in your work.
