Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in a home-based setting
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide parent education and support to enhance family involvement and outcome
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
1 year of experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Completion of the RBT training program and certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
