Amaya Family Law is a nationally recognized and growing family law firm seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior attorney while also managing your own cases. You’ll be supported by a skilled team including a paralegal, intake manager, legal assistant/documents clerk, and client account manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide litigation and case management support to senior attorneys.
- Independently manage a caseload, including motions practice, mediation/arbitration, and trial work.
- Collaborate effectively with paralegals and support staff to deliver high-quality client service.
- Advocate vigorously for clients while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil litigation; family law experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with billable hour requirements.
- Ability to thrive under a busy trial schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and client-service skills; sense of humor a plus.

Work Environment
This position hybrid (4 days in office) with in-person appearances in court, proceedings, and client meetings at our Bellevue office.
