This position is responsible for following up with the leads they receive and prospecting for Buyers. A Buyer Specialist must research properties on the MLS systems, preview properties, show properties to qualified clients, and help them evaluate and compare homes. This person is also responsible for assisting with offers and repair negotiations. In this position you must schedule and attend our shadow program and training sessions.

Skills: High rapport building and communication skills. A great listener and interactively adaptable. Research and organization of information. Computer skills (database, MLS and Internet). Proven to do consistent follow-up and follow-through.

Experience: WI Real estate licenses preferred, however If you do not have it, commitment to obtain Real Estate License is required. We will support and assist you to obtain it fastest possible. Business experience in sales and/or service. Excellent knowledge of the local area and real estate market beneficial.
