We are seeking a technically savvy Solution Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and sales objectives by understanding customer needs and tailoring technical solutions to meet them. They will work closely with sales teams to present complex products or services to potential clients, demonstrating how these solutions can address specific business challenges. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and strong communication skills.

Primary job responsibilities:

·         Possessing a deep understanding of the products or services offered, including their functionalities, technical specifications, and potential applications.

·         Collaborating with sales teams to identify and understand the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.

·         Developing customized technical solutions that address client requirements, often involving creating presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes.

·         Assisting the sales team throughout the sales process, providing technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

·         Presenting technical information about products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and how they solve specific problems.

·         Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and sales materials.

·         Working closely with various teams, i.e. sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer solutions.

·         Providing technical support to clients after the sale, ensuring a smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction.

·         Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

·         Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring long-term engagement.

·         Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

·         3 years in solution engineering, pre-sales role within IT infrastructure, HPC, AI or data center environments

·         Strong understanding of compute, storage, network, and cloud technologies, especially around Nvidia product line

·         Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Ability to articulate the value of solutions to potential clients.

·         Prioritizing customer needs and building strong relationships.

·         Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

·         Familiarity with programming languages like SQL or Python
