- Assess patient conditions by monitoring vital signs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment directives.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records as prescribed by a physician.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and home health management.

- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained during all clinical activities.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of California.
