Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Santa Rosa, CA, for a Sales and Marketing Consultant. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to deliver tailored marketing solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client outreach, identifying prospects, creating sales proposals, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to building long-lasting client relationships and achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
- Proven Sales and Marketing expertise, with a track record of achieving and exceeding objectives
- Project Management skills to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and local market dynamics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in media, advertising, or related industries is beneficial
