What will you be doing?
- Lead and coach your team to meet production goals and maintain safety standards.
- Communicate product specifications, project changes, and priorities to team members.
- Train and mentor production staff, ensuring they are equipped for success.
- Oversee production processes, selecting appropriate tools, materials, and methods.
- Collaborate with supervisors to diagnose and troubleshoot defects and ensure quality standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.
What do you need to be considered for the job?
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of manufacturing experience.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of electronics, including AC/DC fundamentals, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- A positive, organized, and self-motivated attitude to inspire your team and adapt to changing needs.
