Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and personable Front of House Associate to join our team. This role is essential to the daily flow of the studio—supporting clients, maintaining organization, and helping deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.
We are looking to hire for a mid to late August start date, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a long-term position toward the end of the summer.
This is a client-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sense of responsibility, and thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner
- Educate clients on jewelry options, aftercare, and services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and front areas
- Restock supplies and jewelry displays as needed
- Support daily operations and assist team members throughout the shift
- Handle transactions and booking processes accurately
- Help maintain a calm, welcoming environment for clients of all ages
