- Desk deals and support finance workflow
- Lead the sales floor and manage the sales process
- Drive new car sales initiatives
- Coach and hold the team accountable to CRM follow-up and process
- Collaborate closely with the existing management team
- Competitive base performance-based compensation

- Automotive sales management experience preferred, but we will consider high-performing sales professionals who are ready to step into leadership and have demonstrated accountability, initiative, and team influence
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience in one or more of the following: desking, floor leadership, training, or process execution
- Hyundai or import experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
